The material is extruded thanks to the constant and continuous pressure of a hydraulic cylinder. In this way the material is pushed down through the mould. The shape of the piece is made by the mould shape. The extrusion is continuous, therefore the user can vary the length of the piecetime by time according to his needs. The loading of material in the extruder is by a vibrating hopper placed on a side of the machine.
